Refund & Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be in resalable condition with all accessories and original packaging. Used hygiene-sensitive items may be refused if they cannot be resold.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before receiving those instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the return is caused by a defect or our error.

For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect items we cover it fully.

Send us photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or refund you in full — no return shipping required in most cases.

Need a different size or model? Request a return and place a new order. Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are dispatched.
