Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, and express delivery 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and customs handling. These are carrier estimates and can vary during peak periods.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method. Orders over $99 ship free worldwide with the standard method.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive a tracking link by email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Import taxes or duties may be charged by your country and are not included in the checkout total unless stated. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order where appropriate.
